How much is delivery, how long does it take?

 

Standard 1st Class Royal Mail delivery to the UK is £4.00 and takes 1-2 working days from despatch. Customers can select tracked services for additional cost at the checkout.

Occasionally customers can take advantage of free delivery offers - just add the code during the checkout process if you are lucky enough to have one!

Has my order been sent yet?


Customer orders are despatched by First Class Post via the Royal Mail every Tuesday and should arrive within 2 working days.

 

You will receive an email to confirm your order has been despatched.

 

Please get in touch if you do not receive your order within 5 working days.

Can I track my order?

 

Only tracked services can be traced during the delivery process. Customers wishing to track their order can select signed for and tracked services during the checkout process at an additional cost for peace of mind. Please see the delivery page for full details.

Which methods of payments can I use?

 

Shop online using your credit or debit card. Simply enter your details at the checkout, our payment processor will do the rest.

 

Your transaction is processed on their secure servers and a receipt for your purchase is automatically sent to your email address.

Can I send my order as a gift?​

​

Yes, simply add a different delivery address to your billing address. Your order will be sent out directly to the lucky recipient without prices. The email order confirmation will be sent to you.

​

If you have a message to include for the recipient, please add this in the notes box at checkout to be passed on.

Does my item come in a gift box?

​

All online orders come in black boxes without prices, making them ready to give as a gift!

 

Orders are posted in small brown card mailers to keep your items safe. These should fit straight through your mail box.

Can I return earrings?

​

For hygiene reasons it is not possible to return earrings that have been worn. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

​

In the event of a product fault customers should return the items and then may receive a refund, replacement or exchange within the standard 30 days of purchase. Please see the full returns policy and get in contact about your return.

Are brass earrings comfortable to wear?

​

These bold brass earrings are easy to wear, and although can be large in size, are made from sheet brass making them lightweight yet sturdy, and substantial enough to make a statement.

​

Drop earrings are finished with gold filled hooks. Stud earrings are soldered with gold plated stainless steel stud posts and gold plated backs to keep them secure. All chain used is also gold plated.

​

These materials have been selected to ensure earrings are long lasting and comfortable to wear.

I like to shop local, where are these earrings produced?

​

All pieces are designed and hand finished in Glasgow, Scotland. Local suppliers are used and component parts sourced from within the UK wherever possible.

How do I care for my earrings?​


Brass elements that make up the main design of the earrings are finished with a wax seal to minimise oxidisation, however over time these will deepen in colour as brass produces a natural patina.

 

Buff with a soft cloth to bring up the shine, store in their box and avoid contact with perfumes. Clean with lemon juice, a mild detergent, household brass cleaner or submerge in cola to restore the shine.
