Orders are currently fulfilled and posted out once a week, every Tuesday. 

 

**** Please note due to Royal Mail strike action there may be some delay to standard timescales outlined below. Unfortunately this is outwith our control. Please select an option with tracking at the checkout if you wish for your order to be fully tracked. *****
 

 

Delivery timescales

Royal Mail and Parcelforce are used to deliver your orders. 
Delivery options will automatically be listed at checkout once you have confirmed your delivery address.

Once despatched delivery should be achieved to:

Please note delivery times listed are indicative and are timed from despatch of your order.

Tracking

​

If you have opted for a tracked service, you will receive an email at the point of despatch, containing your tracking number for tracking your delivery directly via Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

(no tracking)
 

Order over £54 up to £100 Royal Mail 1st Class: £4.00
(no tracking)

Order up to £100 Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: £6.00

(no tracking, must be signed for on delivery) 
 

Order over £100 Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For: £10.00

(no tracking, must be signed for on delivery)

Delivery restrictions
 

Deliveries will not be made to PO Box addresses due to courier restrictions.

International delivery is currently unavailable.

Product availability
 

All products purchased are held in stock and should be available for despatch to timescales as stated above. Stock availability is based on the best available information at time of purchase. On rare occasions, if a product is unexpectedly unavailable and likely to cause delay, customers will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.
